Frequently Asked
Questions
1. Are all
of the domains listed on your site for sale?
Yes, if a domain is
listed on our website, it is available for sale or lease. Once
a domain is purchased or leased, it is removed from the website.
And, when you purchase a domain name, it is 100% yours to keep.
2. Why would
I want to buy or lease one of these domains?
More than ever before,
prospective clients and patients use the Internet as a primary
source when looking for a new professional (attorney, dentist,
orthodontist, etc.). In fact, recent studies have shown that
73% of the people looking for a new dentist use the Internet
as a primary resource (instead of the Yellow Pages). Our geographic-based
domain names are search engine friendly and easy to remember.
Here's the
typical series of steps a prospective patient or client follows:
A. Goes to Google,
Yahoo! or the MSN.com website.
B. Types in their location (city and/or state) and the type of service they
want (e.g., attorney, dentist, or orthodontist).
C. On the Google or Yahoo! search results page, they visit the first 10-15
links that match their search criteria.
This means that if
your current domain/site doesn't rank in the first 10-15 results,
the person searching for professional help will likely end
up working with one of your competitors! The primary search
engines give higher rankings to domains that match the keywords
people are searching for -- one of the reasons to use a domain
like www.LincolnNebraskaAttorney.com.
Also, which
of the following three domain names do you think is easier
for your prospective and existing clients or patients to
remember?
A. www.eisenbergpetersonfinleybogleman.com
B. www.epfblaw.com
C. www.LincolnNebraskaAttorney.com
Obviously,
it's the third one! Almost everyone is looking for an attorney,
dentist,
or orthodontist in the city where they currently live.
That's why it's so much easier for them to remember
a website
that uses the city and state in the domain name. Even
if you only get ONE additional client or patient every few
months
from one of these domains, it's clearly a great return on your
investment!
3. What if
I already have a website and a domain name I want to use?
Great! That's no problem
at all! Here are your options...
A. Keep your website
and start using the new domain for your primary web address.
B. Keep
your website and existing domain name, and simply use the new
domain as
a POINTER to your existing website. When someone types in "www.LincolnNebraskaAttorney.com" or "www.LincolnNebraskaDentist.com" they
automatically get redirected to your existing site. This gives
them an easy-to-remember domain name, and still points them
to your site.
C. Keep your website
and existing domain name, and use the new domain with one of
our search-engine optimized feeder pages. This
is the most effective option for search engine optimization. Remember
that it does NO GOOD to be ranked #62 in Google, Yahoo! or
MSN -- no one will ever take the time to dig that deep! Our
optimized pages are designed to rank on the first page of the
search engines, and these act as "feeder" pages to
get people to your main website.
Here are
a few examples of our Google optimized "feeder" pages:
www.LincolnNebraskaAttorney.com
www.TulsaOklahomaAttorney.com
www.SpokaneWashingtonAttorney.com
www.PomonaCaliforniaDentist.com
www.SpokaneWashingtonDentist.com
www.IrvineCaliforniaDentist.com
www.TulsaOklahomaOrthodontist.com
www.IrvineCaliforniaOrthodontist.com
You can use one of
our optimized templates to rank high in the search engines,
with a link back to your primary website. This way you don't
have to mess with your primary site just to rank high with
the search engines -- let one of our domain names with a feeder
template do the hard work for you!
